2 ice vehicles were parked and talking to each other on winthrop and washington, right outside sage femme midwifery. once i recognized the white one, it sped away and ran red lights and stop signs to get out of sight. i walked back to winthrop and washington and the grey vehicle was still parked there. when the agent saw me it did some crazy maneuvers and got behind us, followed me and then sped down some side roads and saw it turn on ver planck and washington.
