i saw a vehicle that looked like an ice vehicle (jeep gladiator) with black tinted windows, huge off-roading tires, and washington plates on my street when i was walking my dogs. they passed me, saw me, and made a hard u-turn and then parked in front of a neighbor’s house. i picked up my dogs and ran around the corner, and walked around the block back to my car on the other end of the street. i could still see the vehicle sitting there so i drove around once inside my car and took a photo of the plate. i am not sure it is ice or not but it was suspicious, i have never seen this car on my street before.
