i saw two men parking two different vans, blacked out windows, with out of state license plates (i googled and they seem to be fake license plates from amazon). the two men then went from restaurant to restaurant, sitting on the patios ordering only drinks for 2.5 hours. i walked up and down the block so i must have alerted them because finally they disappeared before i got a video of them. both were white, perhaps latino, with beards, sunglasses, baseball hats, jeans, and timberland type work boots, but both were “too clean” to be workers. they also had a large black camera bag.
