law enforcement in camo dress with olive-drab new york state patches. armed. witnessed a team of maybe 6 leaving stewart’s gas station in new scotland ave in unmarked white van with ladders on top (ny plates kwk7054) and a black pickup truck pulling an empty trailer. headed toward i85.
