there was a man on my street this morning, taking pictures of every building in my street, every car plate, and walking down every driveway, taking pictures of the back lots, and every plate parked in them. he did this for every single apartment building.
this is not normal. please be aware north hollywood. if you see this man- take pictures and call 911 and report a trespasser as he’s going into each property.
