suspected ice on north electric ave in alhambra 9 30AM - cannot confirm - unmarked suvs with ski-masked agents wearing police tag on green tactical vest. about 2 suvs total - one with one agent exiting, the other with multiple agents exiting to catch a person. they yelled persons name in a residential driveway and ran toward them. grey and light brown suvs. as far as i can tell, 2 people of color were agents - a brown man and black woman.
