Witnessed 3+ unmarked, late 2000’s suvs/trucks with blue/red lights flashing (inconspicuously placed; inside the vehicle, etc).
At least ten masked officers, none wearing JSO or clearly identifiable LEO clothing. The vehicles were all over the street, one was pulled up on the street corner, not parked along the side of the street. Appeared as though they pulled up very quickly. Had one man in custody. Could see arresting officers holding papers. Approximately 11:30am. Unfortunately I was not able to take a photo.
I alerted a coworker, who took a photo a few minutes later. By then only two officers were there and one vehicle. You can see in the photo one masked officer with a man in red shirt in custody, and one masked officer waiving at my coworker.
