Prefacing that this happened a while ago, but I'm putting it here just in case.
It was June 13th around 7pm-8pm. I was walking west and saw a group of what looked to be officers talking to two Spanish speaking men. They were standing next to a Ford gray vehicle with blue lights. A Chicago police paddy wagon showed up and one of the men was taken into it. Both vehicles then drove off. They went south. It was outside Roosevelt Theodore park. (Unconfirmed/reporting for record)
