Typical early morning idling/loitering at previously identified "rest stop"/meeting area for ICE activity. This morning, this previously identified vehicle was loitering under the light rail viaduct at this location. If the usual pattern is followed, this vehicle will exit the station parking lot, drive east on El Segundo, then either: (1) turn northbound Aviation to head into Lennox, or (2) continue east on El Segundo to head into Hawthorne. Stay alert...stay aware....be vigilant if the vehicle in the photos is seen this morning in your areas.
