3 unmarked vehicles were inside the apartment complex, possibly scanning license plates. The vehicles did not have front license plates. 3 officers wearing bulletproof vests and carrying firearms were positioned around the property, appearing to wait for residents leaving for work early in the morning. One white woman was briefly detained at 6:15 AM but released about 30 minutes later after confirming her identity. The officers did not identify themselves. They claimed to have a warrant for the woman but never presented it.
