Suspected ICE truck on E Marginal Way by the Flight Mueseum headed north. Blacked out windows and the rear seats were fitted with heavy duty casing. the vehicle is unmarked with floodlights above the sideview mirrors and a grille gate on the front bumper. I wasnt sure if its ICE for sure but the caging in the backseat including over the windows is way too extreme for someone with dogs and the style of bumper gate and flood lights are identical to cop SUVs.
