The identities of the two ICE agents who shot and killed Alex Pretti have been established. CBP agent Jess Ochoa, 43, and CBP officer Raymundo Gutierrez, 35, according to a media report by ProPublica citing government documents.
CBP has refused to officially release their names and has provided minimal details about the incident which occurred just days after another immigration officer killed a different protester in Minneapolis 37-year-old mother of three Renee Good.
