On 10/8/26 a little before 7am, I saw 2 big black SUVs had pulled over a man in a work truck in front of Mira Costa College. They had the man out of his truck and handcuffed, he was not resisting. The �officers� were dressed in black with the same green vests that are shown in many ICE images. These were NOT the normal sheriffs that are typically around Encinitas.
