We believe those Impacted are detainees from Desert View Annex. Cutting off phone communication is a severe violation of detention standards and directly interferes with a detainees constitutional right to due process and legal counsel. We urge the public to contact your local congress representatives. Demand that they work with an attorney to file a sweeping temporary restraining order TRO of all deportations and a complete reset of the legal clock.
