Two arrests were made in Clements, California, Nov 2 at 7am: 2 separate automobiles were pulled over on Highway 88. There were 5 ICE vehicles and about ten agents at the arrest I witnessed. The hispanic man was about 45 was heading to work with all his tools in the back of his truck which had a current registration and tabs on the truck. And so was the 2nd car stopped with a driver and a passenger. They were both headed to construction jobs. The passenger ran away. But the driver was arrested.
