ICE OUT OF CITY HEIGHTS - EMERGENCY RALLY City Heights community members are gathering tomorrow Wed, Sep. 16 in response to recent immigration enforcement near San Diego schools and campuses. In the past two weeks, at least four ICE arrests involving parents and students have occurred on streets bordering local educational institutions, including the arrests of three parents after dropping their children off at school. And the kidnappings have not stopped there.
