Black Chevy Tahoe No plates fb with what looks to be one fed agent no mask this morning. Was heading East on Atherton turning North on Studebaker Rd. Think he went on 405 N on ramp. Just a minute after this I saw 3 vehicles wno or OOS plates heading N S on Atherton between Palo Verde Bellflower Blvd. I see them around this time quite a lot in this area. I have video stills but its not giving me the option to add them.
