vehicle of interest idling at what has been a regular meeting location for ice. in addition to having been observed this morning, same vehicle has been observed loitering at this location during pre dawn hours.
at this point, medium confidence that this is the same vehicle observed during a september 17, 2025 report from hawthorne posted here on stopice.
