At approximately 6pm a blacked out SUV with dark tinted windows drove down Santa Clara Street in LAs fashion district. The SUV drove down Santa Clara from 15th St, then turned around and parked in the middle of the intersection for a few minutes. The person driving the SUV was asked 3 times if he was ICE. The SUV driver didnt answer instead appeared to be talking on the phone. After a few minutes the SUV drove off. - antifreeze.app
