difficult to see but black van with no police identifying marks put their lights on and two agents stepped up and picked up a man by the kfc on hawthorne and brought into their vehicle before driving off. agents in black van were not police and outfits were consistent with ice agent attire. was unable to be close to get license plate. - antifreeze.app
