@GUEST7528 The alert says its a prior incident from 9/25 , you should have received the text alert if you are also subcribed to the prior alerts category, but you can change your categories under settings.

The vest/plate carrier says SHERWOOD POLICE. Sherwood PD does sometimes assist King City PD and work with Tigard PD so it isnt unusual to see them around there.
