Young black or dark brown male. Appeared to be anywhere from 16 to early 20's in age from afar. He had brown/black curly high top hair. He was in cuffs at the park tables by the basketball court at Yettie Polk park in Belton TX 76513, and taken away by two police officers in uniform and one man in plain clothes with an American flag patch on t shirt. There was at least two marked cop cars and maybe an additional unmarked car. The arrested male was cooperative.
