spotted at 11:18am by 707 w main st. alhambra, ca 91801. 2 vehicles and 2 officers. one unmarked black vehicle and the other with department of homeland security marked. officer in white marked vehicle said “yes, i’m here monday through friday” to the other officer in the unmarked vehicle. white vehicle proceded to turn left onto atlantic while unmarked black vehicle turned right on atlantic. further location unknown.
