spotted at 11:18am by 707 w main st. alhambra, ca 91801. 2 vehicles and 2 officers. one unmarked black vehicle and the other with department of homeland security marked. officer in white marked vehicle said �yes, i�m here monday through friday� to the other officer in the unmarked vehicle. white vehicle proceded to turn left onto atlantic while unmarked black vehicle turned right on atlantic. further location unknown.
