saw 3 blue and white vehicles, including 1 box car head to long beach around 11 am april 27
(note: blue and white cbp vehicles are typically seen near ports and usually focus enforcement near borders or at ports of entry. ice travel in green and white vehicles, or unmarked cars, and focus enforcement everywhere in the country. however both ice and cbp do sometimes work together as both are components of dhs.)
