unconfirmed - undercover vehicle spotted around 12th and magnolia in riverside ca, driving around near the courthouses. - black suv (similar to ford explorer size), exempt license plates and american flag sticker on back. push bumper on front of vehicle. no other identifiable markings. - license plate: 16407(xx) - (last numbers unknown) - one officer in vehicle circling the area. - 2 regular police cars also circling the area. stay safe!
